In 2026, Sónar's commitment to making Barcelona the global capital of electronic music extends as far as the Parc del Fòrum. For the first time, we're filling the entire city, from one end to another, with Music, Innovation and Creativity during Sónar Week.

Sónar District is where you'll find Sónar Kids, Sónar's parallel programme designed for families to enjoy music and creativity together. Just like Sónar+D on Thursday and Friday, Sónar Kids is designed to be combined with the Sónar programme at Fira Gran Via.

In addition, Sónar District further expands the musical programme for those in the city during the week, hosting three of the most important parties and labels in electronic music today: Solid Grooves on Friday 19th, and Metamorfosi by Joseph Capriati and You&Me by Josh Baker on Saturday 20th June.
