SonarCashless - Everything you need to know
- Take good care of your wristband. It contains both your money and your ticket(s); you can’t access the festival without it.
- DON’T THROW AWAY YOUR WRISTBAND AFTER THE FESTIVAL. You’ll need it in order to claim a refund for any money left on it following the festival. Without the alphanumeric code located on the back of the chip, we aren’t able to process your refund. We recommend taking a photo of this code when you get your wristband to avoid any issues.
- Your wristband is personal and non transferable. Sónar reserves the right to refuse admission in cases where the wristband appears to have been cut, tampered with or otherwise manipulated.
- You can’t transfer money from one wristband to another, nor combine the balances on multiple wristbands to make purchases..
- SonarCashless is the only way to pay at Sónar 2025, with the exception of the lockers at Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night, which can only be paid for using debit or credit card.
Use of SonarCashless constitutes acceptance of our general terms and conditions.
