Wristbands and how to accessAll the information about how and when to collect your wristband and how to access the festival.

COLLECT YOUR WRISTBAND AT FIRA GRAN VIA

Whatever ticket you have, you’ll be able to collect your wristband directly at Fira Gran Via.

The first time you access the festival, you’ll exchange your ticket for your wristband, which is what will grant you access from that moment on.

The next time you want to enter the venue, you’ll be able to use the fast-track lane, as you’ll already have your wristband on.

COLLECT YOUR WRISTBAND BEFORE HEADING TO FIRA GRAN VIA AND ACCESS THE FESTIVAL FASTER

If you have a SonarPass, SonarPass+D or Weekend Ticket -either standard or VIP-, you’ll be able to exchange it for your wristband throughout the Sónar Week at our two check-in points in the city:

Turisme de Barcelona - Pl. Catalunya Office (Pl. Catalunya, 17 - 08002, Barcelona)

· Tuesday 16th June, 12pm to 8pm
· Wednesday 17th June, 12pm to 8pm

· Thursday 18th June, 12pm to 8pm

FUJIFILM House of Photography (C/ Gran de Gràcia, 1 - 08012, Barcelona)

· Monday 15th June, 12pm to 8pm

· Tuesday 16th June, 10am to 8pm

· Wednesday 17th June, 10am to 8pm

· Thursday 18th June, 10am to 8pm

· Friday 19th June, 10am to 8pm

Please note: wristbands will not be handed over to third parties. You can only exchange your ticket(s) for your own wristband. Remember to always keep your wristband visible.

With your wristband already on, you’ll be able to access the festival directly via the fast-track lane from the very first time you come.

If you have a ticket that gives access to Sónar+D, you’ll be able to collect your physical accreditation at the Llotja de Mar check-in point, regardless of where you got your wristband (physical accreditations will not be handed out at Fira Gran Via or at any point other than Llotja de Mar). The physical accreditation serves merely as identification for networking activities; under no circumstances does it include or guarantee access to Sónar or Sónar+D.

LEAVING AND RE-ENTERING

The general public can leave and re-enter Fira Gran Via once per day, as long as they exit before 11pm. Once you have left for a second time, or if you leave after 11pm, re-entry will no longer be possible.

The VIP public can leave and re-enter the venue as many times per day as they wish.

In both cases, the festival’s access deadline must always be respected (see below).

FESTIVAL ACCESS DEADLINE

The entrance gates at Fira Gran Via will close one hour before the programme ends. Therefore, you will not be able to access Sónar after 2am on Thursday, or after 6am on Friday and Saturday.

ACCESS FOR MINORS

Access for people under the age of 18 is not permitted under any circumstances to Sónar at Fira Gran Via.

ACCESS FOR PEOPLE WITH REDUCED MOBILITY

We maintain a firm commitment to the festival’s attendees and we work to be an accessible and inclusive festival. This requires ongoing, constantly updated work, improving edition after edition. We have developed a plan based on an accessibility assessment to set out the steps to follow in this area. More information here.
