At Sónar, we’re continuously working to improve accessibility, with help from Fundación Music for All. Together, we’ve developed an accessibility plan - based on an in-depth assessment - which acts as a roadmap for us to improve, year after year.

At present, we’ve implemented the following:

• a form to address different needs and establish direct communication with users;
• accessibility services available upon request: vibrating backpacks with magnetic loops, NaviLens codes, braille programs, wheelchairs on loan;
• priority access lanes;
• priority-use tables in food areas;
• accessible bathrooms;
• low-height bar counters accessible to wheelchair users;
• trained staff at information points;
• elevated platforms reserved exclusively for people with special needs, offering excellent stage visibility, proper furnishings, and clear signage;
• the option to bring a companion with you for support if you hold a disability certificate above 33%. 

We’ve also partnered with Dinder Club, the first dating and social app for people with disabilities, to help everyone enjoy the Sónar experience to the fullest.
