How can we rethink 21st-century cultural infrastructures? 

The relationship between art and technology has undergone a profound transformation over the past decade. Amongst this transformation, a new field with a distinct identity has emerged. Creative R&D is the term used to describe practices and spaces where artistic research, technological innovation, and cross-sector collaborations converge to imagine possible futures. 

In this presentation, Tommie Introna, from the Arts Technologies team at Serpentine Galleries (London), will share key insights from the fifth volume of Future Art Ecosystems, a reference report that proposes concrete strategies for the development of this emerging ecosystem and its long-term impact.
