With the first third of the Sónar 2026 lineup now announced, we’re rebooting our SonarMix series for another season. Join us as we explore the sounds of the 2026 lineup on our way towards the 33rd edition of the festival, which takes place on the 18th, 19th and 20th June at Fira Gran Via.

SonarMix 071, the first set from a Sónar 2026 artist, dives into the world of ISA, the Berlin-based Spanish producer and DJ. Bringing together everything she loves, she finds “the sweet spot between psychedelic techno, psy influences, tech house and trippy atmospheres, while keeping it fun and danceable”.

“Playing at Sónar means a lot to me… when I was 8 or 9, my brother came home from the festival and told us all about it. That was the first time I heard of a big electronic music festival. Being part of it this year feels truly special and I’m really grateful!”

Featuring over 70 editions to date, the SonarMix series is our way of introducing you to artists you might not recognise from the lineup. It’s where we show you the wide range of sounds that are part of Sónar’s DNA: everything from boundary-pushing dance music and overlooked legends to experimental sonics and musical innovators. Some highlights from recent years include MikeQ, Perel, Angel Molina, Clementaum, Kelly Moran, DALILA, and Kode9. 

SonarMix 071 is just the first step for the series on a winding road towards Sónar 2026, so stay tuned for plenty more in the coming months.
