Perfect for…
Anyone who’s ever wondered what kind of art they’re making in other dimensions.
Why’s it interesting?
How many artists do you know who have a PhD in quantum science? Libby Heaney is a true unicorn, the first-ever artist to use quantum computing in her art practice.
Her work is dream-like and fluid, a representation of the inherently queer and non-binary nature of quantum thought - where everything is possible at the same time. Watercolour pigments, gelatinous forms and tentacled creations all feature in her pieces, which imagine parallel worlds and alternate universes aligned with our own.
In true quantum style, ‘Eat my Multiverse’ is two things at once: using quantum computing, she's crafted visuals and sound to accompany a tour through her unique artistic world. With Libby herself as our guide, we're heading on a stream-of-consciousness quantum safari.
