What Ehua and Flore share isn’t just a meeting of two artists, but a true co-creation. The project was born in May 2026 during their artist residency at TM Lab and, after premiering in Lyon, took shape as Pyrexia, their first joint EP. Working together in real time, they build dense yet finely detailed landscapes, where weight, movement and space are the raw materials of composition.
Flore, co-founder of the label POLAAR, has spent more than two decades moving between bass music, techno, breaks and dub. Shaped by the drum & bass scene of the late 90s, she has released albums such as RITUALS, shared the decks with Special Request, Kode9 and Peder Mannerfelt -the latter at Sónar 2025-, developed stage projects such as Sensitive Abstraction and Substrat, and became the first woman in France to be certified as an Ableton Live trainer.
Ehua, an Italian artist based in London and a Rinse FM resident, has released on labels such as Ninja Tune, Nervous Horizon and Exit Records, with a compositional sensibility that flows between rhythm and sonic narrative. She also composes soundtracks for film and dance, and is part of the Rome-based arts collective Spazio Griot.
Both have played Sónar before. Now they return to make their live debut together, with one EP already under their belt and another one in the oven.
