For a country with a population of just over 3 million, Uruguay has produced a lot of incredible DJs: Nicolas Lutz, DJ Koolt, Z@p, Lechuga Zafiro... You can now add Oriana to the list. 

Based in Barcelona since 2018, she’s quietly become one of the city’s best DJs. Lowkey to a fault - she keeps her social media presence to a minimum and rarely gives interviews - she mixes an old school outlook with her own fresh perspective. An inveterate record collector, her sets are full of unrecognisable, unidentifiable tracks: techno, electro, EBM, New Beat, and all kinds of early electronics. In her hands, they’re all tools in service of the hypnotic groove - good luck guessing where one track ends and the other begins - that she builds and maintains from start to finish.
