It’s telling that ANNĒ and Sera J asked us to bill their set with an ‘&’, rather than as a back-to-back. The Greek artists - both from the Northern city of Thessaloniki - share more than just heritage. Together, they’re leading a wave of artists taking techno back to its roots- no AV shows, no brand tie-ins, no influencer content, no frills - by looking to classic Detroit techno and 90s hardgroove for inspiration.

Regular touring and production partners - the third and final chapter of their Symbiosis series is out now - they’re not a nostalgia or throwback act, but rather a reminder that techno has always been the music of the future. Driven by densely layered loops and precisely engineered sound design, this is music to lose yourself in.
