We offer lockers* at both Sónar by Day and Sónar by Night. Available in various sizes, they’re perfect for storing bags, clothing, and more. Lockers can be shared and include USB and USB-C ports to charge your phone or other devices (remember to bring your own cable). Book in advance to secure yours!

You now can reserve your locker here*. During the process, you’ll be able to see what sizes are available in each venue and on which dates, plus exact measurements and a guide to what fits in each type of locker.

After completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. The day before the event, you’ll receive another email with instructions on how to validate your booking and access your locker. You’ll have two options:

• Scan the QR code you received at the locker terminal and follow the on-screen instructions; or
• Use the Mobile Locker App to open your locker directly from your phone - ideal if you’re sharing a locker with friends.

You can now reserve your locker for Sónar by Day or Sónar by Night, so all you have to worry about is enjoying the festival!

*Please note: both online and on-site, lockers can only be paid for with a credit or debit card, and availability is limited - we recommend reserving in advance.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MOBILE LOCKER – STORE & ENJOY (EN ADELANTE, ML):

1. Your reservation is only valid once full payment is received and a confirmation email is sent.

2. Booking through our online system guarantees a locker of the selected size. Once completed, reservations cannot be changed to a different size or setup.

3. Refunds may be issued upon request, on a case-by-case basis. You’ll need to provide reservation details and a valid reason for cancellation. 

4. Refunds requested more than 14 days after the order date cannot be processed. 

5. Cancellation requests must be made more than 14 days before the event date (based on the event's local time). Requests made  after this deadline are invalid.

6. Refunds are always partial. Administrative fees incurred during reservation are non-refundable.

7. The use of a reserved locker is at the user's discretion. No refunds will be issued for unused lockers.

8. We reserve the right to decline a cancellation request that doesn’t meet the stated requirements.
