The next generation of DJs might learn the tricks of the trade not in the confines of their bedroom, but in the expansive universe of virtual reality. Pioneer DJ and Tribe XR, with help from Spanish DJ Danny Avila, will provide a short introduction to DJing in VR. 
Pioneer DJ has partnered with Tribe XR so that users can use the flagship Pioneer DJ CDJ-3000 professional multi player and DJM-900NXS2 professional mixer to mix and scratch tracks– all from their virtual reality headset. As will be demonstrated, the technology can be used for learning, practice and even performance - through live streaming via Facebook Live, Twitch and YouTube. 
After a demonstration, Danny Avila will play a live set of  ‘Mainstage Techno’ which will also be streamed across the globe.
