A fluid collective of “media artists, experience designers and future makers”, Universal Everything have been challenging and rethinking design since 2004. Balancing commercial work for the likes of Apple, Zaha Hadid Architects, and Radiohead with research and development, their playful and subversive style is instantly recognisable. Working with CGI, physics simulations and real-time generative design, UE projects are by turns joyful, beautiful, desirable, interactive, and immersive. The environment is another key concern for the collective, whose solutions aim to minimise energetic and ecological impact. At Sónar+D, Joel Gethin Lewis, their Interactive Creative Director, will present their work in a special AV-enhanced talk. 

This activity is presented in collaboration with Digital Impact, the first interactive exhibition of purely digital art to take place in Barcelona, which runs from April to August this year at Disseny Hub Barcelona.
