Once again in 2019, the Sónar by Day VIP area will feature a unique gastronomic proposal. This year the produce of three local artisan farmers and fishermen will be interpreted by three celebrated chefs (each with a Michelin star). On consecutive days, the chefs will each present two exclusive menus of seasonal and organic cuisine as well as a vegetarian option.
- Thursday 18th July: Quim Casellas of Casamar de Llafranc, will cook rock octopus fished using traditional lobster pots by Salvador and Helena Manera.
- Friday 19th July: Oriol Rovira of Els Casals de Sagàs, cooks with hand reared pork raised using traditional methods by Jordi Rovira from Rovira de Sagàs.
- Saturday 20th July: Joel Castanyé of La Boscana de Bellvís, will work with the delicious lettuce grown by Ramon Bosch at his allotment in Boscana de Bellvís.
