1. Types of ticket
1.1. SonarPass (includes 3 days and 2 nights): This ticket entitles the holder to admission to the day and night activities at the festival. Sónar by Night: This ticket does not entitle the holder to readmission after leaving the venue. It does not give access to concerts held outside the Fira Montjuïc and Fira Gran Via venues.

1.2. SonarPass VIP (includes 3 days and 2 nights): This ticket entitles the holder to admission to the day and night activities at the festival. It does not give access to concerts held outside the Fira Montjuïc and Fira Gran Via venues.

1.3. 2-Night Ticket: This ticket entitles the holder to admission to the night activities at the festival. Sónar by Night: This ticket does not entitle the holder to readmission after leaving the venue. It does not give access to concerts held outside the Fira Montjuïc and Fira Gran Via venues.

1.4. 2-Night Ticket VIP: This ticket entitles the holder to admission to the night activities at the festival. It does not give access to concerts held outside the Fira Montjuïc and Fira Gran Via venues.

1.5. Sónar by Day Ticket: This ticket entitles the holder to admission to the day activities at the festival during 1 day at Fira Montjuïc.

1.6. Sónar by Night Ticket: This ticket entitles the holder to admission to the night activities at the festival during 1 night at Fira Gran Via. This ticket does not entitle the holder to readmission after leaving the venue.

1.7. Delegate Pass: This ticket entitles the holder to admission to all professional activities at Sónar+D and to the day and night activities at the festival. It does not give access to concerts held outside the Fira Montjuïc and Fira Gran Via venues.

2. Ticket Purchases
2.1. Distribution costs are not included in the ticket price, except at the festival ticket offices. Each vendor applies its own distribution cost. The ticket price will be refunded if SÓNAR total or partial, is cancelled (except for fortuitous causes and/or force majeure and/or any other cause which, being beyond its control, would recommend for reasons of safety, prudence and/or risk to third parties, the cancellation of the Festival, in its entirety). This refund not include the distribution cost applied by the various sales, except for a refund of the distribution cost applied by the various sales channels.

2.2. The booking fee for tickets purchased through DICE is 10% of the ticket price (never exceeding €15). The booking fee for tickets purchased through StubHub is between €4 and €6.

2.3. Tickets may only be purchased at sales points specifically authorised by the Organizers and after purchase, they will be not be exchanged and no refund of their value will be given, except in cases where SÓNAR is cancelled. Any tickets that are altered, torn, or with signs of falsification will entitle the Organizers to refuse the bearer admission to the concerts and activities area.

2.4. The Organisation will not be held responsible for tickets that have not been purchased through the official online or physical points of sale; or that have been falsified or duplicated.

2.5. Once the purchase has been made, no changes or refunds are allowed in accordance with article 103 of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users.

2.6.1. If you bought your ticket from the 5th of July 2021 (on DICE), the ticket/s will be linked to your DICE account and stored in-app. To access your ticket, you'll have to download the DICE app on your smartphone and access it with your registered number.

2.6.2. If you bought your ticket before the 4th of July 2021 (on StubHub), the ticket/s must be printed by the holder (using the Print @ home Service). The Organizers specifically state that these tickets cannot be collected at the ticket office.

2.7. The Organizers have technical procedures in place that are capable of detecting any duplicated, photocopied or forged ticket. The Organizers shall be entitled to refuse admission to the holder of any ticket in which irregularities are detected. The detection of any fraudulent use of the Print @ home tool will be prosecuted in accordance with the applicable legislation, including criminal liability.

2.8. The conditions of access and attendance for the event are subject to the regulations that, at any given time, are applicable for the prevention of Covid-19 infections, and which, therefore, may be altered as a result of the approval of new measures that modify the conditions in force at the time of purchase of the ticket.

3. Access
3.1. Festival Opening Hours
Sónar by Day: from 13h to 00h (doors open 13h).
Sónar by Night Friday: from 20:30h to 7:30h (doors open 30 minutes in advance).
Sónar by Night Saturday: 21:30h to 7:30h (doors open 30 minutes in advance).

Fira Montjuïc:Box office: 12h to 23h
Fira Gran Via 2:Box office: 20h to 05.30h

3.2. SonarPass (includes 3 days and 2 nights) / SonarPass VIP / Delegate Pass / Sónar by Day Ticket: Upon arriving at the festival a wristband will be put on the festivalgoer. The Organizers will not be held responsible for the condition of the wristband; the care and conservation of the wristband is the sole responsibility of the festivalgoer. Manipulated, damaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted to the festival. In the case of the festivalgoer temporarily leaving the festival venues, the wristband must be kept on to access or re-enter the festival.

3.3. 2-Night Ticket: Upon arriving at the festival a wristband will be put on the festivalgoer which should be worn for the 2 nights. The Organizers will not be held responsible for the condition of the wristband; the care and conservation of the wristband is the sole responsibility of the festivalgoer. Manipulated, damaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted to the festival.Once you have left the site, your wristband does not allow you to re-enter during the same night, but you must keep it in order to be able to access the site on the following day.

3.4. 2-Night Ticket VIP: Upon arriving at the festival a wristband will be put on the festivalgoer which should be worn for the 2 nights. The Organizers will not be held responsible for the condition of the wristband; the care and conservation of the wristband is the sole responsibility of the festivalgoer. Manipulated, damaged or broken wristbands will not be admitted to the festival. In the case of the festival goer temporarily leaving the festival venues, the wristband must be kept on to access or re-enter the festival during the same night and in order to access the festival on the following day.

3.5. Sónar by Night Ticket: This ticket does not entitle the holder to readmission after leaving the venue.

4. Right of admission
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 10 of Law 11/2009 of 6 July, concerning administrative regulation of public performances and recreational activities, and Article 50 of Decree 112/2010 of 31 August, which approves the Regulation of public performances and recreational activities in Catalonia, in their capacity as the organizing body of SÓNAR, the Organizers establish the following Conditions for Admission:

4.1. The Organizers reserve the right of admission to individuals who may reasonably be assumed to constitute a risk, and especially to holders of tickets in which an irregularity or falsification has been detected. The detection of any fraudulent use of the ticket will be prosecuted in accordance with the applicable legislation.

4.2. For security reasons entrance to the SÓNAR venues is not permitted with suitcases or large bags, large backpacks, skateboards, professional camera equipment, food or drink. Smaller bags such as handbags or small backpacks and motorcycle helmets, will be permitted. Other objects forbidden are aerosols, drones, laser pointers, selfie sticks or sharp objects.Those attending may be searched in accordance with the applicable legislation, and objects that may be considered dangerous by the Organizers or are prohibited by the regulations will not be admitted.

4.3. Food and drink from outside the SÓNAR venue are prohibited.

4.4. Any person attending, including after entry to the festival areas, may be ejected without any entitlement to a refund, as a result of failing to follow instructions given by SÓNAR Organizers staff, causing a disturbance, carrying or consuming drugs, or due to an apparent or potential state of intoxication, and will be personally and fully responsible for their own actions and omissions towards third parties and damage to objects.

5. Minors
5.1. Minors aged between 16 and 17 years old will be admitted to the SÓNAR venues (Sónar by Day/Sónar by Night), and are prohibited from consuming alcohol and tobacco under all circumstances. Minors in breach of these prohibitions may be ejected from the venue. The Festival Organizers reserve the right to request the national identity card or passport proving the age of the person attending at the entrance to the venue or inside it subsequently.

5.2. Minors under 16 years old will be admitted to the daytime venue of SÓNAR (Sónar by Day), provided that they are accompanied by their parent or legal guardian*. The parent or guardian must complete this "letter of authorization" and carry it with them at all times. The Festival Organizers reserve the right to request the said letter of authorization at any time. Minors under 16 years of age will not be admitted to the Sónar by Night venue under any circumstances.

*All minors aged 7 years old and older must pay an admission fee.

6. Prohibition on the use of tickets for advertising purposes
Possession of a ticket does not entitle the holder to use it for advertising, marketing or promotion purposes. Improper use will oblige the unauthorised advertiser and/or user to pay a fine equivalent to one thousand times the highest ticket price of the event, without prejudice to subsequent claims for general damages. Tickets found to be in breach of this prohibition will be confiscated, and cancelled immediately.

7. Special conditions of sale

8. Alteration or cancellation of the festival
8.1. The Organizers reserve the right to change, alter or cancel the SÓNAR festival programme at any time for reasons beyond their control. Under no circumstances will the alteration or modification of the programme be considered grounds for the reimbursement of tickets.

8.2. The Organizers will make every effort to avoid the inconvenience that the modification or suspension of the SÓNAR programme may entail, by restructuring performance schedules, for example.

8.3. In the event of cancellation of SÓNAR, customers may request a refund within the period legally established from the public communication of the cancellation and in the manner established by the Organisers for this purpose, if applicable.
Without prejudice to the above, the total or partial cancellation of SÓNAR due to unforeseen circumstances and/or force majeure will not provide grounds for a refund of the ticket price, force majeure being understood to be that established for this purpose in the Civil Code and under the jurisprudence of the Spanish courts and tribunals, including any circumstance which, being beyond the control of the event organiser, requires for reasons of safety, prudence and/or risk to third parties, the cancellation of SÓNAR.
In the event of ticket refunds, such refunds will only affect the cost of the tickets, expressly excluding any expenses that may have been incurred by customers, such as, but not limited to, travel, accommodation or any other expenses related to attending the festival.

9. Intellectual property and image rights
9.1. All image and intellectual property rights arising directly or indirectly from the artistic presentations or those of any other nature arising due to SÓNAR taking place are reserved, and the capture, filming or recording of images or sounds, other than for strictly personal use, without the prior written authorisation of the Organizers is completely prohibited.

9.2. The Sónar trademark and its derivatives are the property of Advanced Music SL and their use is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorisation of the organiser.

9.3. Those attending give their consent to their appearance in images recorded by any type of medium for subsequent informative, promotional and/or commercial dissemination of the SÓNAR festival and authorization for the use thereof free of charge. The said images may appear in any medium or format worldwide and indefinitely.

10.Complaint forms
The Organizers will have complaint forms available to those attending SÓNAR in the places specified by the applicable legislation if these are requested.

11. Privacy and data protection
The personal data of users of this website will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy and current legislation on the protection of personal data.

12. Legal reserve
The Organizers shall be entitled to take the civil and criminal legal action it deems appropriate against the perpetrators of any attempts at fraud, burglary and/or damage to the Organizers, either directly or indirectly.

13. Applicable legislation and competent courts
These conditions are governed by the applicable Spanish legislation. When the applicable legislation allows the parties to choose the jurisdiction, the parties specifically waive any others that may apply to them, and agree to submit the differences that may arise from the interpretation or application of these conditions to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona without prejudice to their consumer rights that may be legally claimed before the courts of their place of residence.
