Russell Haswell has spent over two decades exploring music at its most extreme, with a dizzying, innumerable array of releases that somehow find the middle ground between his studies in Fine Art and his previous job as an industrial cleaner. From Detroit techno to Black metal and from Iannis Xenakis to cassette-only noise releases, his taste is as freeform as his oft-improvised and always innovative sonic creations.
