‘Kinetic’ is the adjective that best describes the work of Lolo & Sosaku. Using industrial tools, custom-built contraptions, prepared instruments, old-fashioned oscillators and synthesisers, their on-stage work falls somewhere between improvised noise performance and musical sculpture. Renowned installation artists and visual designers, their appearances blur boundaries between disciplines and find common ground between disparate artforms.
