As Bored Lord, Daria Lourd embraces dancefloor euphoria in any shape or form. She produces and DJs everything from hands-in-the-air breakbeat anthems to club-ready nu-metal edits, weaving a common thread between apparently disparate styles. Little wonder that the Oakland-based, Memphis-born artist attracted the attention of West Coast rave icons Eris Drew and Octo Octa, who released her The Last Illusion EP on their T4T LUV NRG imprint. Expect both ecstasy and eclecticism from her at Sónar 2023.
