As the countdown to July continues, Sónar presents an exclusive first listen to the forthcoming release by Deena Abdelwahed.

'Tawa', which translates from the Arabic as "now", sees the Tunisian producer explore her more dancefloor orientated side, weaving minor key melody lines and wavy synth over progressive, percussive builds. For this remix, Barcelona based producer Clip (who also assisted on Khonnar) adds a 4/4 kick and tweaks the track for the club, without losing any of its haunting power.
