Are my tickets for 2020 and 2021 still valid for Sónar 2022?

All ticket types are valid for the new 2022 dates. Sónar and Sónar+D Tickets and Delegate Pass holders received an email with detailed information about all the advantages of keeping their ticket(s) for 2022 or, in case they wanted to return the ticket, detailed information on how to request a refund.

What are the benefits of carrying over my ticket to Sónar 2022?

As a thank you for the continued support and trust in Sónar, it created a series of exclusive benefits, calculated according to the type of ticket and the price at which it was purchased. Full details of the specific benefits if the ticket was retained were indicated in the email sent to all purchasers.


 

I am unable to attend in 2022. How should I proceed?

Ticket and Delegate Pass holders who have purchased before 4 July 2021 received an email with detailed information on how to access the refund of their ticket(s). 

The refund process opened on 12 May 2021 and closed on 26 May 2021 (according to Art. 36 of Royal Decree Law 11/2020 of 31 March). 

Therefore, claims made after this date cannot be processed, and the ticket will be automatically validated for 2022.

I have a problem with my email and/or booking reference

Where do I find my booking reference?

Your 7 digit booking reference is included in the confirmation of purchase email. This reference is also on the ticket pdf.


I’ve lost my ticket confirmation email what should I do?

Please search for ‘Sónar’ or ‘Stubhub’ in your inbox and also check your spam folder. If you still can’t find it, please contact sonartickets@stubhub.es, so they can resend your ticket(s) and/or confirmation e-mail to your mail address.
