Sónar and Sónar+D will take place on the 15th 16th 17th and 18th of June 2022, in the venues of Fira Montjuic de Barcelona and Fira Gran Via de L’Hospitalet.
All ticket types are valid for the new dates in 2022. Ticket or Delegate Pass holders for Sónar and Sónar+D will have received an email on May 10th, with detailed information of the benefits of carrying over your ticket to 2022, or, if you prefer, how to claim a refund of the ticket price.
As a thank you for your continuing support and trust in Sónar, we’ve created a number of exclusive benefits, calculated according to the ticket type and the price you paid. Full details of the specific benefits open to you if you keep your ticket are in the email sent to you on 10th May.
Due to these exceptional circumstances, Sónar will be offering you the chance to upgrade or change the day or night of your ticket, depending on the ticket type. Once the full programme for Sónar 2022 is announced. You will have 14 days to change the day or night of the ticket.
Upgrade your tickets between 5th July at 17:00 CEST and 19th July at 17:00 CEST using the following form. You will need to pay the difference between ticket prices.
You will receive as many benefits as there are tickets in the order. The benefits are tied to the tickets, not the purchaser.
Ticket and Delegate Pass holders will have received an email on May 10th, with detailed information of how to claim a refund of the ticket price, if you are unable to attend on the new dates. You can access the form here.
The refund process will open at 4pm CEST on May 12th, and will run until 4pm CEST on May 26th (in accordance with Art. 36 of the Royal Decree-law 11/2020, dated March 31st). Claims made after this date will not be processed, and the ticket will automatically be carried over to 2022.
Refunds will be completed at the latest by 12th July 2021, (in accordance with Art. 36 of the Royal Decree-law 11/2020, dated March 31st). If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact Stubhub customer services at email@example.com.
Refunds will be issued to the account associated with the card used for purchase. If this account is no longer active, select this option on the refund application form.
No. We can only refund orders in full. We can not refund individual tickets within an order.
The cost of the ticket(s) purchased will be returned to you. This does not include the booking fee.

Your 7 digit booking reference is included in the confirmation of purchase email. This reference is also on the ticket pdf.
