American by birth but adopted, dare we say it, adopted by Barcelona. It's been 10 years since Ivy Barkakati settled in the city, during which she’s become one of the most dependable and versatile DJs in the local scene. A producer and vocalist as well as a DJ, Ivy has released her own music on labels like Butter Sessions and Planet Trip,  and has collaborated with the likes of Cardopusher, Roza Terenzi, and Phran (as IVAN).  As a DJ, her music spans a variety genres, showcasing the extensive background that has shaped her as an artist, from classic funk through New York deep house and into more contemporary club styles.
