As an Argentinian living in Berlin, it's perhaps inevitable that Amparo Battaglia Lopez looks primarily to the internet for the diverse electronic and vocal influences that shape her music. R&B, breakbeat, pop and drum and bass, all co-exist in her infectious electro-rap, capped off by a rhythmic lyricism that tells stories of rage angst and frustration.

Since forming part of the line up at Sónar Buenos Aires in 2017, Catnapp has gone on to take part in Red Bull Music Academy's Latin American Bass camp, started her own record label (Napp records) and has signed to Modeselektor's Monkeytown Records, a worthy platform for her gripping odes to trans-national creativity.
