Estrella Damm

Once again, Estrella Damm takes part in the biggest music, creativity and technology festival in Barcelona, hosting the Sónar Inaugural Concert on Thursday 16th June at Sónar by Night featuring performances by Nathy Peluso, ODDLIQUOR and Defensa. They’ll also host the SonarVillage by Estrella Damm stage at Sónar by Day. The stage features bars serving Mediterranean beer customised by the artist Marc Jesús, designed especially for the occasion. In addition, Estrella Damm is also sponsoring three Meet & Drink sessions for Delegate Pass holders at  Sónar+D.


Thunder Bitch

Thunder Bitch's explosive fusion of premium Canadian whisky, cinnamon and chilli returns to Sónar Barcelona this year. They’ll host the SonarPub by Thunder Bitch stage, featuring the most beautiful sunrises at Sónar by Night: On Friday with Jennifer Cardini b2b Perel, and on Saturday with The Blessed Madonna.


Desigual

Desigual celebrates its collaboration with the festival with the launch of a limited edition bum bag made from recycled nylon, available for purchase at the merchandising stands within the festival. It features a unique print created by French fashion house Maitrepierre, lead by young designer Alphonse Maitrepierre. The print, which was developed in two colours, is an advance teaser for a collection prepared by Desigual and the French designer which will be launched in September. Desigual will also have a stand at Sónar by Day, where visitors can explore the brand's latest trends and garments.


ME by Meliá

ME by Meliá returns to Sónar this year, again presenting artistic content that forms part of the festival's official programme. On this occasion, they’re bringing the eagerly-awaited Spanish premiere of the work 'Transient', the latest audiovisual project by renowned artist Quayola. ‘Transient' can be experienced - courtesy of ME by Meliá - both as a performance at SonarComplex - in Sónar by Day and as part of Sónar+D- and as an AV installation at the Hotel ME Barcelona. Takis

Takis is coming to Sónar 2022 to increase the intensity of the festival. Visit their stand to immortalise your festival experience in their photo booth. You can also find Takis for sale at the festival bars. Dare to try them, and savour every moment.


Patreon

Patreon, the platform for creators that allows fans to support the work of their favourite artists, brings a unique performance to Sónar this year. Created especially for Sónar, 'Uncompressed' is a demo-performance at SonarComplex revolving around synthesisers, featuring synth experts Hainbach, Look Mum No Computer and Cuckoo. Patreon is also sponsoring Lounge+D by Patreon area for Delegate Pass holders, which includes the brand new Corner+D by Patreon. Here, Delegates will be able to participate in exclusive Q&A sessions with artists and speakers from the lineup. They’ve alsol curated a series of DJ sets for each of the Meet & Drink sessions that will close each day in Lounge+D by Patreon.


Alpro

Good coffee for the planet: Alpro produces plant-based drinks that replace dairy products, for a more environmentally friendly and healthier product. They'll be at Sónar by Day offering free coffee with plant-based milk for all visitors. Come to their area to enjoy a good coffee, participate in their collaborative mural and take a 360º photo as a souvenir of the festival. 


Heura

The successors to meat: Heura develops environmentally friendly and healthy food products that replace meat and fish. For Sónar by Night, they’ve created a unique space, where visitors can sample their menu and recharge their batteries in a dedicated rest area. There’ll also be fluorescent temporary tattoos on offer and various different prize draws. . 


Royal Bliss

Coca-Cola brings its Royal Bliss brand to Sónar this year. Their space at Sónar by Day will offer the best cocktails using this series of tonics and mixers. 


Back Market

Back Market, the first marketplace dedicated 100% to refurbished electronics, comes at Sónar to help prolong the lifespan of your technology. The brand shares Sónar's passion for electronics, innovation and our relationship with technology. They will set up shop at Sónar by Day, repairing smartphones, batteries and screens. They’ll also hand out protective cases, raffling prizes and providing information about refurbished electronics. They will also let you show off your talent as a refurbished DJ, mixing your own music using a mixing desk featuring the most improbable objects. More info here.


Tinder

Tinder has partnered with Sonar to introduce Festival Mode for Tinder Explore, a feature designed to help members find a new group of festival buddies, in preparation for the first festival season since 2019. On Tinder Explore, there’s a space especially dedicated to Sónar that allows you to connect with other festival-goers and meet new friends. Find out how it works here.


Tezos

Tezos, the decentralised and energy-efficient cryptocurrency and blockchain preferred by artists, lands at Sónar by Day and specifically, at Sónar+D this year. They’ve developed the new exhibition area SonarMàtica by Tezos. It features NFT Exhibition curated Sónar | Tezos, an exhibition of a selection of NFTs by leading artists from this growing creative ecosystem which will be projected on 12 multi-channel screens. An installation style piece that displays NFTs in an exhibition format. In addition to this exhibition (curated jointly by Sónar and Tezos), SonarMàtica by Tezos will also host a series of AV installations and VR pieces entitled Realities+D.


Meller

Meller comes to Sónar to present its new festival collection. They’ll also be recycling sunglasses from the public at Sónar by Day.


DICE

DICE, the festival's ticketing partner, makes its debut at Sónar, presenting the newly created SonarPark by DICE stage, designed to showcase the spirit of the festival in its most radical and innovative form. In addition, they’ll host the Sónar Welcome Dinner by DICE on Wednesday 15th June. The dinner takes place in the Sónar by Day venue, and is exclusively for artists, delegate pass holders, guests and press.


Pioneer DJ

Pioneer DJ, the market leader in design and production of innovative DJ equipment and software, will equip all the DJ booths at the festival. They’ll also host a masterclass, demonstrating how to use its products in Virtual Reality, featuring Spanish DJ Danny Ávila.


Red Bull

Red Bull returns to Sónar again this year. This time, they’re in charge of decorating all VIP areas at the festival with custom-made furniture. Come to SonarVIP by Red Bull at Sónar by Day or SonarVIP Club by Red Bull and SonarVIP Pub by Red Bull at Sónar by Night to see the results.
