The most open-minded DJ and producer duo on the planet revisit SonarPub for Sónar's 25th Anniversary. And they will arrive with a full arsenal, ready to unleash a typically outlandish set where eclecticism is tantamount to fun. Gernot Bronsert and Sebastian Szary incessantly provide pleasure for their legion of fans with sets that provoke dancing and allow the imagination to run wild. Sensual in spurts, emotion by the fistful and with energy in bountiful supply: the Berliners sets always deserve a big arena[TM1] . As demonstrated on many occasions, few partnerships can make so many people dance in unison, to an open minded and self-assured sonic palette.

Just recently, their 2013 documentary "We Are Modeselektor", once again appeared on the internet, in which we discover how the pair operate in a day's work in their studio, how they behave when on tour, and how they run their successful label Monkeytown (on which they have released exceptional albums over the last year, including the debut from FJAAK and the new Siriusmo LP). Last September the duo announced that they would take an indefinite break from their other project, Moderat, on which they worked together with Apparat. In 2015 they also closed their 50Weapons label, so 2018 is sure to bring new endeavours from one of the most indefatigable and exciting duos in global electronica.
