This year Diplo will present a special showcase at SonarVillage and has invited several of his favourite present-day African music projects: Uganda's DJ Kampire, South African duo Distruction Boyz and Nigerian crooner Mr. Eazi. The DJ and producer from Tupelo will also play a special closing set, selecting music in congruence with this showcase. This will provide a unique opportunity to experience first hand the most powerful and vibrant trends in today's African music scene, from a curator and aficionado of music hailing from the African continent. As if this were not enough Diplo will also be performing at one of the main slots at Sónar by Night.
