The artist performing under the pseudonym Cristian Dinamarca is in fact Swedish, although if we simply listened to the Stockholm artist's productions, we may even put money on him (and lose) being from the Caribbean. Among his many achievements, he is founder of the Staycore label, which he runs together with his colleague Ghazal. The label's catalogue, which acts as an extension of Dinamarca's own sonic palette, offers bass music, excessively fast gabber and trance, laced with a host of Latin flavours, always red hot and current. Humour is often evident in tracks like last summer's hit version of "It's a Fine Day" by Opus III, the song that filled dance floors in the early 90s and whose updated version sounds like intense dembow thanks to the magic of the 'fake' Dane.
