The Swedish DJ and producer now residing in Berlin, Kajsa Blom has become a regular DJ at the Janus label parties held in Berghain, coinciding with other principal artists from the label including Lotic and M.E.S.H. Last year she released a digital format mini album on Janus entitled “Furiosa” (before her remix of Cristian Denmark, on the Staycore label). She will perform on the new SonarXS stage and as always will experiment (as she recently demonstrated at Sónar Stockholm) with stretching sound to the extreme, playing a selection of the most radical music coming out of the digital era. In keeping with her reputation as a digital native exploring the creative possibilities of technology, she will also push the limits of the ever advancing capabilities of CDJs, to establish the contrasts between different musical genres.
